We welcome you to Orange Apartments in Epidaurus Greece and request that you familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions.
By entering into a reservation made, these general terms and conditions become effective.
Chief guest.
The person who made a reservation with Orange Apartments in Epidaurus Greece through a reservation site, contact form, email or through telephone contact. The principal guest must be 18 years of age or older and is responsible for his or her fellow guests and must have a permanent place of residence.
Administrator.
The person who as the owner of Orange Apartments in Epidaurus Greece or on behalf of the owner of Orange Apartments in Epidaurus Greece manages the accommodations.
Third parties.
Any other legal entity that is not a guest, manager or owner.

Cancellation.

1. Orange Apartments
1.1
Orange Apartments is described on the website orange-apartments.com
This website is compiled with the greatest care but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation at Orange Apartments at the time of the visit by our guests. No rights can be derived by guests from such differences.
1.2
Unfortunately, you cannot bring pets, this for hygiene reasons.
1.3
On the day of your arrival, your accommodation will be available to you from 3 p.m. and you can join us until 8 p.m. The agreed arrival times are guide times, however, should you arrive much later or earlier, you run the risk that no one will be there to receive you. However, we can ensure that you can enter at any time. If you cannot attend at the designated time, please let us know as soon as possible. Different times are only possible by arrangement. Due to the cleaning of the rooms, you must leave them by 11:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
1.4
Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. at our terrace restaurant. Different times for breakfast can only be discussed with us. If you have special requests for breakfast, gluten-free, low-salt, vegetarian etcetera, please indicate this when you make the reservation with us.
1.5
The accommodation has a private bathroom with shower, fixed sink with hot & cold running water, toilet and includes use of linen.
1.6
The car can be parked in front of the accommodation. Parking is entirely at your own risk.
1.7
The administrator will notify you which rooms at orange apartments are available and usable for you. Private areas may not be entered by guests without express permission. The outdoor area also has separations of common and private use, it is highly appreciated not to enter the private areas.
2. Prizes.
2.1
Accommodation prices are described on the orange apartments website. Standard prices include use of towels and linens, water and electricity, and pool use. Prices do not include other additional products/services to be booked, tourist tax and final cleaning.
2.2
Prices do not include cost of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other charges.
2.3
Prices of orange apartments are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.
2.4
Day room or room rental for a few hours is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
2.5
All entries on our websites are deemed to be provided in good faith and are always subject to interim changes. Orange apartments is not bound by obvious errors on its websites.
3. Reservation and payment.
3.1
Reservations are made through the reservation systems on the website orange apartments or through booking.com, or Natuurhuisje, Airbnb or by phone 06 48 79 75 00
3.2
After a reservation request made, you will receive a message from us as soon as possible, confirming the reservation. Confirming the reservation request only makes the booking final.
3.3
At the time of your reservation, payment must be made in full. You must pay the entire reservation amount before arrival. Additional products to be booked in/at the accommodation can be paid afterwards by pin, or cash. 3.4
Gift certificates.
Gift certificates must be redeemed within 1 year of invoice date or establish a pre-scheduled date within the year of invoice date. The gift certificate is transferable to third parties. For quayside tickets and no-show or cancellation, cancellation conditions apply.
4. Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy Orange Apartments
If a travel contract is canceled by the traveler, in addition to any reservation fees due, the following amounts are due:
If flights are included in the trip:
a. up to and including 62 days before the day of departure: the cancellation fee of the flights + 10% of the remaining part of the travel sum;
b. from 61 days to 32 days before the day of departure: the cancellation costs of the flights + 30% of the remaining part of the travel sum;
c. from 31 days to 15 days before the day of departure: the cancellation costs of the flights + 50% of the remaining part of the travel sum;
d. from 14 days to 8 days before the day of departure: the cancellation costs of the flights + 75% of the remaining part of the travel sum;
e. from 7 days before departure: 100% of the travel sum.
If no flights are included:
a. up to and including 62 days before the day of departure: 10% of the travel sum;
b. from 61 days to 32 days before the day of departure: 30% of the travel sum;
c. from 31 days to 15 days before the day of departure: 50% of the travel sum;
d. from 14 days up to 8 days before the day of departure: 75% of the travel sum;
e. from 7 days before departure: 100% of the travel sum.
Airline tickets booked through Orange Apartments may have to be purchased directly and paid to the airline. Ticket cancellation fees vary by airline and ticket. Cancellation fees can be up to 100% of the ticket price regardless of when you cancel. If different cancellation policies apply to the airline ticket, before the ticket is finalized we will notify you.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance and the reason for cancellation is covered by the insurance, the insurance will reimburse the cancellation fees charged.
Cancellation of the travel contract by the traveler, must be done in writing or by e-mail. Cancellations outside business hours are considered to be made on the next business day.
Right of Withdrawal
Please be advised that when you book, you are entering into a final reservation. You have no right of withdrawal after you book.
4.3
Orange apartments can cancel the reservation contract only in the following cases: in case of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization or unannounced sale. In any of these cases, the owner will provide the guest with an alternative offer as soon as possible. If this is not possible or the guest does not accept the alternative offered, a full refund will be made. Any other damages resulting from the termination will not be compensated by the owner.
5. Complaints.
5.1
We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Despite our good care, it is still possible that you may have a complaint or comment. In order to properly resolve them, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible on the spot, via email or telephone contact.
6. Liability.
6.1
Orange apartments cannot be held liable for damages suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of staying in the room in question. The guest indemnifies Orange apartments against claims in this regard. Orange apartments is not liable for failures in and around the accommodation such as malfunctions and failure of power, Wifi , water supplies and technical installations as well as not or untimely announced construction and/or road works in the vicinity of Orange apartments.
6.2
No liability is accepted by Orange apartments for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons and/or property during, or as a result of the stay in the respective room(s) of Orange apartments.
6.3
The principal guest named in the reservation confirmation is responsible for orderly conduct in and around the room(s) in question. Things should be handled carefully, the room should be left neat and decent. This also applies to the use of things in the accommodation such as: the kitchen, the swimming pool and the rest of the indoor-outdoor area and the outside grounds of Orange apartments. Breakage or damage must therefore be reported by the guest to the owner immediately. Any repair and/or replacement costs must be immediately reimbursed by the Guest to the Owner upon the Owner’s first request. Should it turn out after checking out that things have been left broken and this has not been reported to the owner, the bill for the repair and/or replacement costs incurred will still follow.
7. Safety.
7.1
Due to fire hazards caused by drought and for your own safety and that of Orange apartments, smoking or open flames are prohibited on Orange apartments property, except for designated areas. Smoking is allowed only on the terraces surrounding the private accommodation. Not at the restaurant terrace and not at the pool. The misuse of fire/extinguishers or disabling the smoke detector is not permitted.
7.2
Other facilities in the yard should be used by guests with care and in accordance with their purpose. The safety of any small child must be ensured by the parents or supervisors. Think of height differences on the property, pets, ditches, cars, surrounding highways, bike paths etcetera.
7.3
It is not allowed to feed our dog if in the private yard without consultation.
8. Final provision.
8.1
Insofar as rules of private international law do not provide otherwise, these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Non-Dutch-speaking guests are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions.
8.2
All disputes arising from the user agreement or these terms and conditions shall be settled in the first instance by the competent court in the Netherlands, insofar as the rules of international private law do not provide otherwise.
8.3
Neither party may assign its rights and obligations to third parties to the extent not otherwise provided in these terms and conditions.
8.4
If and to the extent that any provision in the User Agreement and these terms and conditions should prove to be void, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in effect and the void article shall be deemed to be converted so as to conform to the apparent intentions of the parties.
